We continue with our collaboration with ESADE Barcelona, helping students in their final master’s and degree projects.

We have started developing together with Arturo Rivas an ICP (In-Company Project) with the title “Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies use for sustainability improvement”.

The goal of the project is to obtain a methodology that defines how to consider blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies to improve sustainability and circularity in different value chains. It will follow the next steps:

• Analysis of the state of the art: use of blockchain and cryptocurrencies to improve sustainability and circularity
• Identification of opportunities for business models, new products and services in different sectors
• Identification of impacts (economic, environmental, social) to consider when using blockchain and cryptocurrencies
• Methodology for the use of blockchain and cryptocurrencies to improve sustainability and circularity
